How does SIZErise work?
SIZErise uses AI to recommend the perfect shoe size. Customers enter their foot length, optionally share their usual size in another brand, and our AI cross-references this with your shoe fit profiles to suggest the best size.
How accurate are the recommendations?
Our AI achieves high accuracy by combining foot measurements, shoe fit profiles you configure, and cross-brand sizing data. Accuracy improves as you provide more detailed fit profiles for your shoes.
How do I add the size finder to my product pages?
Go to your Shopify theme editor, find the product page template, and add the "SIZErise – Find My Size" block. You can customise the button colours and placement.
What happens when I reach my monthly fit limit?
The size finder will display a friendly "temporarily unavailable" message to your customers. Your store will continue to function normally. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase the limit.
How do I configure shoe fit profiles?
Go to the SIZErise admin (inside your Shopify admin) → Shoes. For each model, set how it runs (small/true-to-size/large), toe box width, heel fit, volume, and any specific notes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your SIZErise admin. The size finder widget will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe to a Pro or Scale plan at any time.
Is customer data safe?
Yes. We collect only foot measurements and optional reference sizes. No photos, no biometric data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
